Students are expected to dress appropriately for the school setting and weather conditions. Appropriateness and moderation, concern for the health and safety of the students, and the avoidance of distractions to the educational process are the guiding principles for suitable dress. Dress should be in good taste. Any distracting extreme in clothing, hair, cosmetics, jewelry and appearance will be deemed unacceptable and students will be asked to remove or cover up such clothing or items.
Dress more suitable for beach or casual wear is not appropriate for a school setting. Students are expected to wear shoes with a rubber sole that will not mark the floor.
All students must have a pair of indoor and outdoor shoes.
